Writer Inspiration
Eight Hundred WordsThis blog, and the girls behind it- Ash and Liz, pushed me back into the world of writing. They started a movement of "800 words", which you can read more about on their blog, and I followed their example as I started writing 800 words a week to send to a friend. Through this discipline, my writing has grown and had a purpose. This blog following also introduced me to countless writers across the nation that have quickly become friends and inspiration.

The Gray SpaceKate is the writer behind the screen of "The Gray Space". She is my "writing person", the one I send my words to and the one who sends me hers. She has taught me what vulnerability means in writing, and let's be honest, I'm still trying to learn. Her blog space is full of glimpses of her story, her courage, and most of all her heart to care and love others through words. I know it will encourage you as much as it has encouraged me.

Elizabeth Moore WritingLiz is the kind of writer I aspire to be. She has a way of stringing words together that bring a definition to thoughts and feelings, reminding you that you are not alone. I have often found myself reading her writing and shouting "yes" to a feeling I had but could not put into words. Her words flow in a way that seem like raindrops on sidewalks, wind in the trees, or a sweet summer night. I hope you find her words as the breath of fresh air that they are.
